They stick out a bit more, or droop a bit more than the outer or major labia. This is normal. The degree of sagging varies greatly individually. Also, one side's labia is different from the other. Small labia, however, can be so long that they bother when cycling or exercising. They can also be visible when wearing tight clothes or bikini. This problem can make women feel insecure in a sexual relationship. There is still a lot of embarrassment to talk about. After the local anaesthetic has worn off, you can relieve the painful swelling with painkillers (a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol). For your comfort, it is best to wear loose-fitting wide briefs, into which you place a sanitary pad.
